The Establishment - The Phantom Menace

The Labour Party has a new, mysterious enemy seeking to undermine it, (another one). It's called The Establishment.

The Establishment persuaded the judiciary to give the go-ahead for a magisterial inquiry into the Vitals hospitals fraud.

The Establishment persuaded the judiciary to task Magistrate Gabriella Vella with the magisterial inquiry, fully knowing Magistrate Vella hates the Labour Party.

The Establishment persuaded the judiciary to unearth fictitious evidence on several people in its ranks, including disgraced former Prime Minister Joseph Muscat.

The Establishment persuaded the judiciary to present the conclusions of the inquiry to the Attorney General on the date when the campaign for the European Parliament elections officially kicked off.

The Force is strong with The Establishment. The Establishment is powerful and controls the judiciary. The Labour Party is the underdog, and we should empathise and sympathise with it.

It's just not fair that the all-powerful Establishment bullies the Labour Party around.
